Air rower ergo

A rowing ergometer for general conditioning and for dry-land work in rowing and swimming programmes. Resistance is produced by an air flywheel together with a magnetic brake, set in 12 levels, so the load can be held constant between sessions instead of depending on stroke rate alone. The primary drive is a Poly-V belt, which keeps the stroke quiet.

The structure is reinforced aluminium with steel and plastic components, rated for high-intensity work. The console is a large backlit LCD with a wireless heart-rate receiver; the chest belt is not supplied. The footplates oscillate and adjust to follow the movement of the foot, the seat is anatomical, and transport wheels let the machine be moved off the floor after a session.
