Abdominal bench
The backrest angle is adjustable, so the same bench covers the range from a gentle incline for beginners to a steep one for trained athletes. Rubber footrests and non-slip handlebars hold the body in position during the movement.
The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel in matt black; the unit weighs 62 kg and has wheels, so it stays where it is put but can still be moved by one person.
