Vertical dorsal
The pull is made downwards from above, the movement that loads the latissimus dorsi. The arms diverge and act independently, so each side is trained separately.
The anatomical seat is height-adjustable by a gas piston and the handlebar grip is anti-slip. Plates of 30 mm or 50 mm bore are used and are not included; the base levellers are designed to keep the machine stable under heavy loading.
