Training bench, flat and inclined
The bench is the working surface for dumbbell and barbell exercises in the free-weight zone. The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel with matt black powder coating, the upholstery is antibacterial and flame retardant, and wheels at one end let one person reposition the bench between sets.
Two articles cover the same role: AVSA1049 is a fixed flat bench, AVSA1056 has an adjustable seat and backrest for inclined pressing. Both are dimensioned to be stored side by side along a wall of the gym.
