Pec fly, plate loaded

The chest is trained in the same single-joint movement as on the selectorised pec fly, but the load is carried on discs. The anatomical seat is adjusted in height by a gas piston so the axis of the arms matches the shoulder, and the frame carries its own disc support.

The chassis is 3 mm steel with a polyester powder coating and antibacterial upholstery with blue seams; the base stands on adjustable levellers. The disc bore is 30 or 50 mm and the discs are ordered separately.
