Power rack
The rack is the centre of a free-weight zone: the barbell supports are set in 24 positions, and the safety bars are adjustable, so squats and presses can be taken to failure without a spotter. A grip bar and anchors for suspension straps are part of the frame.
Two versions are available. AVSA1060 is the full rack, 202 cm wide and 182 cm deep, and accepts both 30 mm and 50 mm bore plates; AVSA1061 is the half rack, narrower and shallower for a smaller room, for 50 mm plates. A swivel bar anchor and an anchor for elastic bands are offered as options.
