Abductor / adductor

Both directions of the hip in the frontal plane on one seat. A stainless steel goniometer turns the pads over between abduction, where the knees are driven apart, and adduction, where they are brought together, and it also fixes the starting opening angle. The athlete sits on an anatomical seat with non-slip rubber grips.

One station in place of two is a common requirement in a fitness room fitted into a sports hall. The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel in matt black powder coating, the 75 kg stack uses 5 kg plates on stainless steel guides with a magnetically retained selector, and the base stands on adjustable levellers.
