Pec fly / rear deltoids

The station covers the chest and the back of the shoulder on one frame. A stainless steel goniometer turns the arms over from a pec fly, where the hands close in front of the body, to a rear deltoid movement, where they open behind it. The arms are articulated, which lets the arc be matched to the size of the user, and the anatomic seat is set on a gas piston.

The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel in matt black powder coating. The 75 kg stack of 5 kg plates runs on stainless steel guides with low-friction bushings and a magnetically retained pin, and the base stands on adjustable levellers. A pictogram and a QR code to a video are fitted to the frame.
