Chest press / shoulder press
One frame covers two pressing exercises. The anatomical backrest is adjustable from 0 to 85 degrees and a stainless steel goniometer sets the starting angle, so the same station is used for a horizontal chest press and for an overhead shoulder press. The handlebar is adjustable in height and carries double non-slip rubber grips for two hand positions.
Two exercises on one footprint make it a practical choice for a club gym or a team room where floor area is limited. The chassis is 3 mm reinforced steel in matt black powder coating, with a 100 kg stack of 5 kg plates on stainless steel guides, a magnetically retained selector and adjustable levellers.
