Gluteus
The athlete stands against an adjustable chest rest and drives one leg back against the pad, loading the gluteus and the hamstring. Both the pushing group and the chest rest slide on ball-bearing guides for a quiet, even travel, and the foot rest folds away so the working leg can be changed without leaving the machine. The grips rotate and are covered in non-slip rubber.
The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel in matt black powder coating, with steel transmission pulleys on ball bearings. The 75 kg stack uses 5 kg plates on stainless steel guides with a magnetically retained selector, under a thermoformed cover with a tray on top.
