Kneeling leg curl

The athlete kneels on the pad and curls one leg at a time, which loads the hamstring with the hip flexed and keeps the lower back unloaded. The arm rest is anatomic polyurethane, the grips are covered in non-slip rubber and the leg rest is adjustable for limb length.

The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel with a matt black powder finish. The 75 kg stack is built from 5 kg plates with low-friction bushings on stainless steel guides, selected by a magnetically retained pin, and closed by a thermoformed cover with a tray on top. A pictogram and a QR code to a video are fitted to the frame.
