Seated row

A back machine: seated against a chest rest, the athlete pulls the handles towards the body, loading the latissimus, the rhomboids and the biceps. The movement is divergent — the grips separate as they travel back — and the pivoting non-slip grips adapt it to the user’s height. The chest rest slides on a ball-bearing guide, which keeps the adjustment quiet and even.

The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel with a matt black powder coating; the 100 kg stack of 5 kg plates runs on stainless steel guides with low-friction bushings and a magnetically retained pin. A thermoformed cover closes the stack, a tray sits on top and the base stands on adjustable levellers.
