Inclined shoulder press
The inclined version of the shoulder press puts the body at an angle, which shifts part of the work towards the upper chest. The arms converge and move independently; the handlebar grip is anti-slip.
The seat is anatomical with gas-piston height adjustment. Loading is by 30 mm or 50 mm bore plates, not included, stored on the holders of the frame; the base has adjustable levellers.
