Chest press
The arms converge as the press is completed, which follows the natural path of the movement, and they work independently of each other. The hand supports are textured for grip.
The anatomical seat is set by a gas piston to match the user’s height so the handles sit at chest level. The machine takes 30 mm or 50 mm bore plates, which are not included, and has holders for them on the frame.
