The two arms move independently and along divergent paths, so each side takes its own share of the load and the athlete cannot compensate with the stronger arm. The handle offers several grip positions with anti-slip engraving, and the chest support is adjustable.
The seat is anatomical and set by a gas piston, so the height is changed in seconds between users. Loading is by 30 mm or 50 mm bore plates, not included; base levellers keep the machine steady on an uneven floor.
