Seated calf
The athlete sits with the knees under the pad and lifts the load with the ankles. The leg support is anatomical and adjustable in height, and a help lever brings the load to the starting position, so the first repetition does not have to be taken from a dead stop.
The frame is 3 mm reinforced steel with polyester powder coating and adjustable base levellers. The machine is loaded with 30 mm or 50 mm bore plates, which are not included; holders for them are on the frame.
