Multipower
The bar travels in vertical guides, so the load path is fixed and the lifter controls only the effort. A safety lock holds the bar at the chosen height and a movement limiter sets the lower end of the travel, which is what makes the frame usable for training without a spotter.
Plate holders are built into the frame and the machine takes 30 mm or 50 mm bore plates. A bench is available separately and is normally ordered together with the frame for press work.
