BIO SWIM BENCH isokinetic swim training bench

BIO SWIM BENCH is the training version of the isokinetic bench: the swimmer lies on the bench and pulls the paddles against an electronically controlled unit that holds the chosen speed of movement. Ten speed grades are selectable, so the same bench covers a slow strength set and a stroke-rate set at racing tempo.

The display shows the work performed in Nm, and a computer output allows the session to be recorded on a plotter or read by the optional software. The bench is delivered complete with ropes, paddles and frame, and is used in swimming clubs for winter and pre-season land preparation and for warm-up before a session in the pool.
