Field event scoreboard

The board shows the current result to the athletes and the crowd without any power supply: eight numbered indicators from 0 to 9, turned by hand, on a three-lane supporting frame that rotates on its column so the figures can be turned toward the runway or the stand.

The structure is varnished steel on two wheels, so one official rolls it to the event and turns the figures from beside it. A second version has large-diameter reinflatable rubber wheels for grass and a seat for the operator.
