Flex-Panel Parquet 36 permanent sports floor
Flex-Panel Parquet 36 is the permanent member of the panel range. A 200 micron polyethylene film is loose-laid on the base with about 10 cm of overlap, an 18 mm PU composite foam layer is loose-laid on top of it, and the panels go down above: a 3.6 mm parquet wear layer in oak or hard maple over 15 mm plywood to EN 13986 and EN 636-2S. The module is 2467 x 590 mm, 1.45 square metres, and weighs about 23 kg, giving roughly 16 kg per square metre at a total build-up of about 37 mm.
The panel junction is a double tongue and groove, and the top layer of every panel is factory sealed and seamless, so the hall can be used immediately after installation with no sanding or lacquering on site. FIBA certified.
