Mobile sports floor S20, M1 and Basic

Three versions of one module. Each is 2470 x 613 mm, covers 1.51 square metres, and joins to the next with a patented aluminium interlocking system; the plywood core is made to EN 13986 and EN 636-2S, and the elastic layer is part of the module rather than a separate underlay, so nothing has to be rolled out and taped down before laying and nothing is stored apart from the panels. The wedge-shaped border is permanently attached as well.

S20 has a 3.6 mm parquet wear layer in oak or hard maple over 15 mm plywood and 18 mm composite foam, approximately 37 mm in total and 16 kg per square metre; it is tested to EN 14904:2006, approved by FIBA for international competition levels 1 and 2 and by the IHF, with a fire class of Cfl-s1 to EN 13501-1. M1 replaces the wood with an approximately 7 mm PVC sports covering over 18 mm plywood, approximately 43 mm in total, and is IHF approved. Speed-Lock Basic is the carrier version: any covering up to 4 mm can be bonded on top, and on request the finished floor is certified to DIN 18032 or EN 14904.
