Sport floor series 1001 on a PUR elastic layer

Series 1001 is the simplest way to get a solid wood training floor. A 0.20 mm polyethylene sheet goes down on the concrete as a vapour barrier, a 15 mm PUR elastic layer gives the surface an even resilience, and the parquet staves are laid deck-bridge fashion straight on top: 22 mm thick, 129 mm wide, 1830 mm long, in solid hevea, tongue and groove on all sides and fixed with metal clips at seventeen per square metre.

The staves are supplied pre-lacquered at a wood moisture content of 9 to 11 per cent and come as pre-assembled two-strip elements with a finger-jointed connection. With no plywood spring layer the build-up stays at 37 mm and installation is short. Declared to EN 14904 with an EN 13501 fire reaction certificate.
