Sport parquet series 2000, 2010 and 2020
The three series share one build-up — a damp-proof membrane on the slab, a boarded shock-absorbing underlay and a sports parquet top layer — and differ in height and weight: 47 mm and 16 kg per square metre in series 2000, 43 mm and 14 kg in series 2010, 39 mm and 11.5 kg in series 2020. Lower weight and height make the system easier to fit into an existing hall; the taller build gives the deeper deflection asked for by competitive play.
Series 2000 has a 22 mm three-layer parquet with a stable middle layer under a wear-resistant sports varnish. Series 2010 carries nine layers of high-abrasion varnish, tuned to the balance of slip and grip that team sports need. Series 2000 and 2010 comply with FIBA and IHF, series 2020 with FIBA, and all three are supplied in ash and oak finishes.
