Steel training hammer

Throwers build strength and control by working above competition weight, and these hammers are made for that: 8, 9 and 10 kg against the 7.26 kg of the men’s event. The ball is turned steel, balanced and weight controlled, on a zinc-plated steel cable mounted on a swivel.

The handle is the damage-proof competition pattern, so the grip and the feel through the turns match the implement the athlete will throw in competition.
