IAAF steel shot

The ball is turned from steel, balanced and checked for mass, and it is refillable, so a shot that has lost material to the sector can be brought back to its declared weight instead of being retired. Nine articles cover 4, 5, 6 and 7.26 kg, several weights offered in two diameters so a thrower can pick the ball that suits the hand.

Five of the articles carry an IAAF certificate and are intended for major competitions; the remaining four are the same construction for training and club use.
