Training starting blocks
The training block has the rigid extruded aluminium centre rail of the competition models with a slightly smaller range of settings: 16 rail positions and four pedal angles, with interchangeable blocks on synthetic pads. It is the everyday block of a club training group working on starts.
Two lighter grades are catalogued for physical education and for schools, with a double bar centre rail and 14 rail positions respectively; both are supplied with spikes and pins that hold the block on a synthetic or cinder track.
