Competition starting blocks
These are the blocks for sprint and hurdle finals: an aluminium construction heavy enough to stay put under the drive of the first step, with synthetic pads 12 mm thick and pedals adjustable to four angles. Figures and letters marked along the centre rail let an athlete write down a setting and repeat it exactly at the next meeting.
Two further competition models are catalogued, one with a wide extruded aluminium centre rail offering 18 positions, and one with extra wide pedals; both are supplied with spikes and pins for synthetic and cinder tracks.
