This policy explains what personal data slprime.com.ua collects, why, and what happens to it next. It follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Who processes the data

What we receive
Only what you type into the “Request a quote” form:
- your name;
- a phone number and/or e-mail address;
- optionally, an organisation, a city or site, and a comment.
We also store the items and quantities you chose, the site language, the page you sent the request from, and the time you gave consent.
There are no user accounts on the site. There is no analytics and there are no social-media pixels. For the Google advertising tag, see “Google Ads” below.
Why
To prepare and send you a quote and to arrange supply, installation or service. Your data is not used for newsletters or advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the request. The form cannot be sent without it.
Where the data is kept and who sees it
- The request is stored in the site’s admin panel. The site is hosted by Hostinger.
- A copy arrives by e-mail in the company’s work mailbox (Gmail, a Google service).
- Only SL-PRIME staff who prepare the quote have access.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties, except where the law requires it.
How long
For as long as it takes to prepare the quote and carry out any cooperation that follows. After that, the data is deleted. You can also ask us to delete it sooner.
What stays in your browser
- The list of items you add to a request is kept only in your browser (localStorage) and does not reach us until you send the form. It is cleared once the request is sent, and you can clear it yourself by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
- Your choice in the cookie bar (“Accept” or “Decline”) is also kept only in your browser (localStorage).
- The site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. Google advertising cookies appear only with your consent (see below).
Google Ads
We advertise the site with Google Ads and want to know which ads bring requests. For that the site carries the Google tag (googletagmanager.com), but it loads only after you press “Accept” in the cookie bar. Until you do, and if you press “Decline”, the site sends nothing to Google.
If you accept, Google sets advertising cookies and receives information about the visit: which ad brought you, your IP address, browser data, and the bare fact that a request was sent or a phone number or e-mail address was clicked. The content of your request (name, phone, e-mail, the list of items) is not passed to Google. Ad personalisation (remarketing) is switched off.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Technical data
- To stop spam, the site counts requests from one IP address over an hour. The address is kept only as a one-way hash, is never attached to the request, and is gone after an hour.
- Like any server, the host keeps technical access logs.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data of yours we process;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- withdraw your consent.
