OMEGA QUANTUM Aquatics Primary
QUANTUM Aquatics Primary is the timing unit of a single-system pool installation. It collects every impulse from the lane equipment — touchpads, starting platforms and judges’ pushbuttons — stamps each one with its own port code, and passes the data to the results computer over USB.
The unit is used from club meets to championship level. It connects to the lane harness or to an ODB10 distribution box, to the StartTime start system, and through the results software to CALYPSO, PICCOLO or SATURN displays. This version carries an internal battery and charger, so the pool can keep timing through a mains failure.
