GEMINI 9 digits, 1 line
GEMINI is a single line of nine seven-segment amber LED digits, 240 mm high, with a point and a semicolon available between each pair. One hundred and fifty LEDs per digit and automatic brightness control keep it readable in daylight and under floodlights, and the aluminium housing with weatherproof external connectors allows it to stay out on the infield.
The board takes its data over RS422 from the timing system, showing running time, results or the measurement of a field event. The nine-digit line is the version used where a full time with places or a distance with a wind reading has to be shown at once. Two boards can be linked with a short cable to form a longer line; the in-field support is ordered separately.
