Vasa Nordic XC Ergometer

The Nordic XC Ergometer is the biokinetic block of the Vasa line supplied for the poling action: handles instead of paddles, and a console mounting set that fixes the block to a wall at any height, so the line of pull matches the athlete. There is no frame and no bench, and one wall position serves the whole group once the console is set.

Resistance rises with the force applied, in seven load levels, and the Power Meter monitor reads speed, pace, peak and steady stroke power, stroke length, distance and time, with the right and the left arm tested separately. The manufacturer states more than 50 exercises. In a mixed training hall it stands next to the swim ergometers of the same family and is used for upper-body power work on land.
