SpeedBall Set with platform
A complete speedball station: a wooden platform 68 cm in diameter and 4 cm thick, adjustable steel brackets that set the platform height for the boxer, a professional swivel and a genuine leather speedball. Speedball work trains hand speed, rhythm and shoulder endurance, and it is a standard fixture of a boxing gym wall.
An extra-large platform of 105 cm is available where the ball needs more rebound area, and the leather ball is also supplied on its own in a retro finish as a replacement or second ball.
