Swedish bench
The Swedish bench works two ways round: the wide side is a bench for sitting, stepping and pushing work, the narrow side is a balance beam. The wooden models have a stepping area of 10 cm on the beam and a wooden hook for attaching the bench to a wall bar, which turns it into an inclined plane.
The 300 cm model is built on a varnished tubular steel frame of 30 mm with a 20 mm wooden top and rubber covered floor pads; the 200 and 350 cm models are made entirely of naturally varnished wood and follow the DIN norms.
