Skate sharpening machine RSM 4

RSM 4 is built for the long straight blades a hockey machine cannot hold: short track, long track and touring skates. Speed skating blades are ground flat, and their edges decide how the skater holds a line through a corner, so a short track or speed skating squad sharpens between sessions and often between races.

The machine is a floor unit of 54.8 kg with a 290 W motor, and the 20 mm wide wheel gives the wide flat contact these blades need. A version with a transformer is listed for a 110-120 V supply.
