Badminton Post with Counterweights

A mobile badminton post for school halls and clubs. The frame is structural steel tube of 40 x 40 x 2 mm with a powder-coated finish, and the post is held upright by two counterweights of 50 kg each, also powder coated, instead of a socket in the floor.

The counterweights run on non-marking wheels, so the posts are rolled into position for a session and rolled away when the hall is needed for another sport, without marking the floor.
