Water Bag freestanding dummy
A freestanding striking dummy for halls where nothing can be fixed to a wall or ceiling. The upper section is foam and its height is adjustable; it stands on a synthetic base that is filled with water or sand on site, so the article ships light and gains its working weight where it is used. Unfilled it is 18 kg, water-filled about 150 kg.
The line runs from a children’s version at 106 to 120 cm and 40 kg filled, through the torso-shaped Training Partner ROB adjustable from 162 to 195 cm, to the XL dummy at 180 cm total height with a long torso for self-defence and fitness boxing.
