Water Punchball, adjustable
A speed bag mounted on a height-adjustable bar over a sturdy plastic base, used to train speed, timing, coordination and striking technique in boxing and kickboxing. The striking height is set anywhere between 60 and 120 cm, with a total stand height of 150 cm; the ball itself is about 27 cm.
The base takes 20 litres of water, which brings the article from about 4.5 kg unfilled to about 31.5 kg in use. It can be drained and moved aside after a session, so a hall used for other purposes is not permanently committed to it.
