Longitudinal gratings 1013–1016

The grating closes the overflow channel and carries the foot traffic that passes along the pool edge: swimmers walking to the blocks, judges working the lanes, the cleaning crew. The bars run lengthwise along the channel, so the water falls through while the surface stays walkable. The modules are moulded in polypropylene copolymer 2.5 cm thick, white, with a non-slip surface and stabilised against UV radiation.

The rigid modules come 24.8 cm and 32.9 cm wide and are laid to the run of the channel. The bendable version AVIN1015 is supplied in 50 cm modules 24.7 cm wide and follows the radius where the channel curves — around the corners of the basin or along a free-form edge. All four articles are stated to be made according to FINA rules.
