Safety mat for apparatus landing, dual density
Where a gymnast has to land on the feet and hold the position, a soft mat works against the exercise. This article combines two foam densities, 30 kg/m³ over 21 kg/m³: the firm upper layer keeps the landing stable while the lower layer takes the impact.
The cover is 1,000 denier phthalate-free PVC with a class M2 fire rating, on a non-slip base with reinforced corners, carrying handles and decompression holes or a grid. Hook-and-loop attachment strips join mats into a continuous surface. Both sizes are recorded as compliant with NF-EN 12503.
