Mat for school
The general-purpose training mat of a school gym or club hall: a foam core under a 1,000 denier phthalate-free PVC cover with a leather-look finish and a class M2 fire rating, on a non-slip base. Three thicknesses are offered, 4, 5 and 6 cm, weighing 7, 8 and 11 kg.
The articles differ in two details. Hook-and-loop strips let several mats be joined into one continuous surface; reinforced corners extend the life of the cover where mats are dragged. AVGY1151 is made to measure for tumbling, with side strips across the width and a size tolerance of 2 percent, and AVK records it as compatible with the folding tumbling track. Four of the eight articles are recorded as compliant with NF-EN 12503.
