Training aids for rings
Three devices that make repeated work on rings possible before the gymnast has the strength to hold the position unaided. Elastano works on swing elements: it takes part of the body weight through a belt and binding system, and the load is set by changing the length of the elastics. Fifty-fifty is a rope and pulley system on a 2.8 m frame that halves the effective body weight, so a movement can be repeated many times; it is supplied with ropes, pulley and swivel snap hook, without harness or rings.
Educano assists strength elements such as the handstand, the handstand cross, L-position supports and the planche.
