Nova’Jump competition springboard
The competition springboard for vault and for bars entries. The board is 120 x 60 cm curved plywood with built-in reinforcement, covered with 2.5 cm of foam and a cushioned carpet top; the last spring sits at the bottom edge of the board, so energy is returned from the whole usable surface rather than only from the middle.
The hard version carries nine conical steel springs and is aimed at heavier gymnasts, the soft version seven. Carry handles are built in and castors are an option. All three articles are FIG approved.
