Diving Board Duraflex 16 ft, World Aquatics
The 16 ft Duraflex is the competition length of the springboard: 488 cm of aluminium alloy with an epoxy resin working surface, 67 kg in weight. The surface keeps its grip wet or dry, stays soft enough not to abrade the diver on take-off, and does not support fungal growth, so it is kept clean by washing.
The board is made to World Aquatics rules and is mounted on a 1 m or 3 m stand. The 14 ft board of the same construction is the training length and carries its own article number.
