Platform for landing system
The platform lifts the landing system 10 cm off the ground on wide feet, so water drains away under the mat instead of sitting in the foam, and the blocks are held in line by side bars. It is supplied in separate elements with fixing jaws and plastic end caps, which is how it is assembled around an existing sector.
On the pole vault version a flat metal sheet closes the area at the vault box, stopping a pole from sliding under the platform and breaking. Sizes are made for every mat in both ranges; the galvanised support platforms with floor pads are the equivalent for the AVSS landing areas.
