BSW tatami for martial arts
One tatami build in three firmness grades. The professional grade is the reference mat of the range, used at international judo championships; the special grade is firmer, with foam densities E 260 and E 300 and force reduction of 73% and 71%; the training grade is softer, with higher force reduction, for athletes who are still learning to fall.
All three come 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 mm long by 1,000 mm wide, other sizes on request, in 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 or 60 mm thickness; 40 mm is the international standard thickness. The underside is an anti-slip latex lamination with a non-skid waffle rubber, so the tiles stay in place on a hall floor without adhesive.
